Q 1. How can I book tickets?

A All you need to do is call our Box Office on 0861 623 263, where one of our Box Office team will happily assist you with your booking. Our Box Office hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, Saturdayís from 10am to 2pm.

Q 2. How does payment work?

A Please click on the Box Office for full details of tickets and pricing structures. A non-refundable pre-payment of R350 per guest will confirm your booking with us. The balance is payable on the night, along with your drinks and gratuity.

NOTE: For security reasons, PLEASE DO NOT send us your credit card details by email as a method of booking. Please find out availability from the Box Office first, they will then talk you through the booking process. We delete all emails with credit card details as we do not wish to put your security at risk.

Q 3. Are you able to accommodate me without a reservation?

A Unfortunately not, as Madame Zingara arranges precise seating for each show and therefore needs to know beforehand how many guests will be joining her for each evening's night of magic.

Q 4. Is gratuity included in my reservation charge?

A No, gratuity is optional, however on tables of eight or more a discretionary 10% service charge may be added to your bill. Our staff are members of a well-trained team, and they are there to ensure that your every need is taken care of.

Q 5. Is my booking transferable?

A No, it isn't, but we will make every effort possible to accommodate you on another night, but we can't guarantee it.

Q 6. Which nights are you open?

A Madame Zingara entertains from Tuesday to Sunday and selected matinee days; however she often extends her hospitality up to seven nights a week. So be sure to stay in touch with her through her web site or follow the Madame on Facebook to stay in the loop.

Q 7. What time should I arrive?

Evening Shows:
A
 Arrival time is 6:00 for 6:30, so you have a chance to take in the atmosphere, enjoy some canapés, have a drink, browse in our Bijoux Boutique and take some photos before the show starts. The main doors open at 7:00 and you need to be seated by 7:30 at the latest. The show starts at 8:15., and ends at approx 11:15pm, with festivities continuing till late.

Matinee shows:
A Arrival time 11:00 am, to be seated by no later than 11:30 am. Show starts at 12:00 and ends at 14:30 and doors shutting at 3pm in order for us to allow for set-up of the evening show.

Q 8. Iím Kosher/Halaal, will I be able to eat from your menu?

A Our kitchens are Halaal and Kosher friendly. Should you require a strict Halaal or Kosher meal we will happily arrange it for you at the time of your booking, however there will be an additional charge. Please note we need at least 72 hours notice for this.

Q 9. Iím vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free/lactose intolerant. Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

A Our menu already caters for vegetarians, but we can also accommodate any other dietary requirements with prior notice. Please be sure to notify your Box Office agent at least 72 hours in advance should you have any dietary specifications.

Q 10. Do you have an age limit?

A The show has an age restriction of 16, as although what offends people is subjective, the show is of an adult nature. Some swear words are uttered, some of the performers are scantily clad and we have a drag queen as part of our cast.

Q 11. Do you have a bar?

A Madame Zingara has several fully licensed bars, including outside bars convenient for smokers.

Q 12. Can I bring my own wine?

A The Madame has carefully selected (and sampled!) a beautiful selection of wine to accompany the nights gastronomic delights. There is excellent wine to suit every pocket and palate and we therefore do not have a corkage policy.

Q 13. What is your dress code?

A Itís a Celebration, so dress to celebrate! If dressing up is not your thing, just come as yourself, and if the mood strikes you can always adorn yourself in our Bijoux Boutique.

Q 14. What is the Bijoux Boutique?

A The Bijoux Boutique is situated inside the tent and gives you the opportunity to purchase a little of your own Zingara magicÖ Getting into character is not only for the uninhibited Ė everything from a feather boa to an outlandish wig will make you feel right at home!

Q 15. Where is the Queen of Flanders venue located and how do I get there?

A The Queen of Flanders is situated on Outdoor Event Arena at Montecasino in Fourways, Johannesburg.

Q 16. Can I take photographs inside the Queen of Flanders?

A Photography is ONLY allowed before the show and in between acts. As with any theatre production photography and filming is strictly not allowed during the show.

Q 18. Can you help me arrange something special for a celebration?

A Yes we can and we do it with joy! The Box Office will help you arrange anything from a birthday cake to flowers to a private limousine to take you to and from the show!! But please do make these arrangements prior to your evening with us.

Q 19. Where can I park?

A There is ample and secure parking at Montecasino, via the main parking entrance and once in the casino, signage will direct you to the Northern Entrance

Q 20. Are you wheelchair friendly?

A Everyone can partake in the Madame's magic! Simply notify the Box Office when making your booking so that necessary table access can be arranged beforehand.
